Hello my dazzling dears, giving you a big warm hug, it’s been a while!
it wasn’t particularly my decision to leave this page as empty as the blank space in my head when asked to remember some mathematics I learned at ninth grade, or, what I ate last thursday, but loads of lovely opportunitys and summery activities popped up the last months, causing me to suddenly disappear from the picturesque scene of this page.
The chances in question, fortunately, included a lot of photographic works , which means I’ll soon can show you a bit BTS action and lovely outcomes of what I did the last months.
What I mean to say, when you are one of the dear people I actually hug deeply from time to time in reality and I haven’t answered you the last two months - it’s not you, it’s me. I still love y’all. And we still love fashion fashion fashion, thats what we’re here vor anyway, ‘eh? EXCITING NEWS THEN - one post, each week now. Concerning all the autumn trends that are coming for us!
Autumn is a very intense time for the fashion industry. With the end of sitting the whole day outside, sipping drinks with friends in the sun, reminiscing about warm nights and even warmer talks, we kinda tend to go in a conversation with ourselves at the end of the season as well.
And so do our closets. Another big advantage is that, the colder the temperature, the more fabric we can wear and some of you might dislike that, but I, personally, LOVE IT. The more the better, rrright? SOOOO naturally, we see a trend shift and over the course of the next few weeks I’m going to introduce you to a few of them.
This week we are going in with
#1 The white tank top
Actually, a very, very stable basic in our wardrobe, since forever. Out of any, to me not completely definable reason, this season stated as one of THE trends.
Lucky to us though, since most of you will have one of those precious beans in their closets already. I own three of the same kind you can see here, since I wear them constantly. With jeans, skirts, under sweatshirts, the amount of combinations is sheer endless. The reason they are back in style is, as so many times, the vintage love for the 90s, we all tend to care. It all comes back, it all comes back. And we give our tank a sweet, welcoming hug.
Combined with some blue jeans and a leather jacket, the most easiest, casual and nice outfit, ever. It's actually my staple, when I have the common I-don’t-have-nothing-to-wear day.

#2 leather, leather all the way
Leather is an ongoing trend that comes back to us every autumn. You might’ve noticed that already. As in this look, the basics are leather jackets, vests or pants. But if you’re a bit more daring, leather dresses, skirts, blazers do just as much of a snacky job. Especially a combination of more leather pieces would be some serious eyecandy.
Buy vintage or vegan, though. Friendly reminder.
#3 Cowboy Boots
Now this is somewhat of a revived trend. Last seen probably on all the festival stages as a stagelook (since musicians somewhat can pull of almost everything, fashionwise), or our beloved basic coachella girls 2013 OR Miley Cyrus’ Party in the USA musicvideo.
They probably came back for the resurrection of festivals this year (that we all were longing for, oh how I MISSED concerts and candy times with friends on dusty fields with warm beverages and glitter dusting the whole face).
Combined with - almost everything you can imagine, actually. Cowboy boots are like statement necklaces on your feet. They are pretty significant on their own, though playful. So you can always use them to pimp up an otherwise basic look (like I am doing here), or you create a whole statement look with all statement pieces. Jeans, Pants, Shorts, Dresses, Skirts, you name it, bean.
Now a quick look onto my combination:
I paired the white cropped tank together with vintage blue jeans, as it is my day-to-day-to-day-to-daaay combination. That felt somewhat boring though, so I added the vintage leather vest and the cowboy boots (which also add a colour contrast). For evenings I’d opt for a leather jacket, if it turns colder. If its sunnier than expected, I opted for some yellow tinted pilot sunnies.

GRAPHIC LINER
Jumping into the autumn fashion trends, I didn’t want to leave you out some beauty insights I researched, too. Graphic Liners as a trend has probably also grown out of the festivalseason this year. Makeup over there is so beautifully playful. But they can perfectly enter your everyday life, too. For an evening dinner with friends, a party, or just when you feel for it. Simply tap in “Graphic Liner” on Pinterest and you’ll be served with a whole lot of inspiration. The one I did here, was done with the NYX palette.
